Cancellation, Refund, and Privacy Policies
Hotel Cancellation Policies
Cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel and by inventory providers. It is imperative that you review the cancellation policy prior to completing a hotel booking.
General policies state that you must cancel your reservation by 4 or 6 PM of arrival date, or 24, 48, or 72 hours prior to your specified arrival date; however, these are general guidelines and the specific policy of the property and room rate will prevail.
If you cancel before the deadline, usually you will not be charged a penalty. Canceling after the stated period will result in a cancellation penalty fee. Hotels are now offering special discounts that do require total prepayment, with no cancellations allowed. Please be aware of this.
All refunds from cancellations, less penalties, are processed directly to the credit card charged at the time of cancellation. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for you to see the posted transaction on your credit card account.
